Love it! Such a great thing for kids to see, all elementary schools should incorporate this at the appropriate grade level. Salmonoids along the Great Lakes, Walleye in the Kawartha's, Brook Trout in Elliot Lake, etc. Even a small aquarium with a few dozen fry and a end of year trip to release them into an approved location would be a great experience for them.
