Holly mackeral Im going to be busy with new memberships this weekend this has got to be a record # of memberships in 1 week.
Lets keep it going and see how many we end up with.
I wil get all membership cards and club decals out this weekend. Looks like the river will be blown anyway this weekend so I won't be missing much fishing.
Great post Mike.

Kodey - Thanks for joining! Welcome Aboard!
Mr. Moss - Thank you for your Great Work in keeping the Membership Spreadsheet current.
We raised enough revenue this week so far to feed the fish for a little over 1 day. 364 to go.
You guys might think your membership money is a small token in the Grand Scheme of Things, but that is not true - Every penny helps us out. Big time.
Let's keep this going please. I have my goal set at 100 new members before Christmas. We can reach this no problem guys.

Quick question Michael,
I just sent in a membership for my girlfriends son who is 21. I would like if you could send me the membership package to my address so she can give it to him in a card. I did put those instructions on the additional comments line of the membership sign up but wanted to make sure you got them.
Thank you,
Andre

The rivers are blown this weekend. The wind is howling. Sounds like a good time to click the above link and join the LHFC. Like I said many times on GBO, without funding, the Club would not be able to release 240,000 Rainbows, Browns, and Chinooks each year. I have set a goal of 100 New Members by Christmas. I arrived at that number by hoping 1 in 10 GBO viewers would give up less than 2 cups of coffee a month ($2.50 ) to enjoy slamming fish all year long. Please give us the shot in the arm we need here guys.
6 of you stepped up so far. 94 to go!!

Can I up this offer?
FOR EVERYONE THAT SIGNS UP TO LHFC ON THIS THREAD I WOULD LIKE TO OFFER YOU FREE FLOATS.
ON ME....I think LHFC is doing a GREAT job.
JUST TELL ME WHAT MEMBERSHIP YOU GOT SO I CAN SEND PROPER NUMBER of floats...
I DON'T FISH ENOUGH NOW BUT SAUGEEN USED TO BE MY FAVORITE RIVER.

Wow that a great offer for the free floats.
In trying to help Mike reach his goal of 100 new memberships I just hung a sign and a bunch of membership forms up on the south side of Denny Dam. You can not miss them as you must walk by them.
Also a new membership can be a great Christmas gift and is Enviromently Friendly gift for that hard to buy person.
Now to start processing the new memberships.

Just recieved my offer for floats via u2 before i read down this far!!!
This is a great offer and a great gesture!!!!
I took the great fishing over the years for granted on the saugeen
I finally realized last year I gotta do something to give back
So I bought a family membership for $30 to join the steelheaders
I have only done 1 lift this fall and missed the spring lifts due to work
Made me feel proud even though all we did was carry the fish
Hopefully all the guys that have done this for a long time got a little break from all the hard work and got to enjoy seeing new members help
The amount I fish over there from sept to may paying for my membership prob works out $0.10 a trip lol!
Small price to pay for what we have!!!!!
We owe a great deal of thanks to the LHFC and OS for the great fishing over the years
Now its our turn to step up and show our thanks!
Every little bit helps
Form and cheque are in an envelope, just got to mail it!!!
Hope you hit your goal Mike

Kodey,
Posts like yours are what puts smiles on the Older Fellas that have been doing all of the work all of these years. I am glad you got the same feeling of Pride that I did at my first Steelhead lift this fall.
