"A Tribute To Elvis", a great
performance brought to the Big Top every year by local enertainer Gary
McMillan who has entertained Salmon Spectacular visitors for eight years.

the derby's ten days and nights.
Derby Fish Fries, serving
delicious Georgian Bay salmon nuggets donated by derby participants, are
held on both Saturday nights of the derby. The Fish Fries feed approximately
4,500 people over the two Saturdays they are held.

of the derby which fed over 3,000 people.

for the second fish fry every year and Carl Noble, Mayor of the South Bruce
